ABOUT ME
The human body is an amazing machine of complex and intricate parts working together. My passion is to continue to learn and understand just how this remarkable machine works. Even as a child and adolescent, I remember referencing my anatomy coloring book and the four-volume human body encyclopedia set my parents bought me. It is no coincidence then that I work with patients to help them feel better, move more effectively, and educate them how they can use their own bodies efficiently to avoid further injury.
If you use me as a doctor, there's something you should know about me...
I have been trained in a range of chiropractic and physical rehab modalities. I realize that no single approach is the right one for every person, so you won't get a cookie cutter treatment plan from me. As a triathlete and marathoner myself, I know what it is like to deal with the aches, pains, and injuries attributed to hard training programs. As an athlete, I also know how to set goals and work to achieve those goals. I implement this philosophy when it comes to creating a treatment plan for you. Whether you want to become pain-free on a daily basis or finish an Ironman race, I will work closely with you to successfully help you reach your goals.
