I originally came to this office as a patient in June of 2015. I had torn the meniscus in my knee and was in pain pretty much every day. I had been to an orthopedist and was exploring the possibility of surgery. At the urging of my daughter Lauren, who at the time worked at Champion Performance, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. James Gucciardi. The degree of care and concern I was shown was unlike any other office I had been to. Over the course of eight weeks with Dr. Jimmy's guidance I was able to rehabilitate my knee and alleviate the pain I had been experiencing. I was given a plan to follow along with the confidence that I could take charge of my own healing. I still do my exercises several time a week. I am happy to report that I avoided unnecessary surgery and I am pain-free today.

In September of 2015 I became an employee of Champion Performance. Working with Dr. Ken and Dr. Jimmy has shown me that there are many different ways to heal a patient. Kindness and caring is a very important part of this practice but so is empowering someone to take charge of their own health. Setting a person on a path to a lifetime of healthy living is a goal we strive for with each patient.
