When it Comes to Your Health…

Be Proactive not Reactive

Our Vision for Healthcare

A client-centered approach where we collaborate and work together to develop the physical attributes for healthy longevity. This is in contrast with the common practice of reacting to and focusing solely on signs and symptoms.

Our Philosophy

Individualized exercise programs tailored to a person’s unique needs are the most effective way to give people the tools and confidence they need to build a more resilient body.

Resilience is the ability to bend and recover from the rigors of life. A resilient body is more resistant to disease and improves the quality of your life. Give someone the tools to stress the body appropriately to stimulate positive change, manage pain, and support them on their journey.

Client-centered focusing on empowering you to take control of your health.

Our Approach

We aim to build relationships with clients by spending time to get to know you, fully understand your goals, and assess your current physical abilities before coming up with a personalized plan. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve performance or someone dealing with pain or injury, our 1-on-1 sessions allow for the time you deserve without being rushed.

We use a hybrid of chiropractic and personal training to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. We understand that everyone is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach when helping you. That's why your personalized program considers your unique needs and goals. We believe that this approach leads to better long-term outcomes.

Passive Therapy vs. Active Therapy

    Passive Therapy

Passive therapies are when the patient is a submissive recipient of treatment. Common examples include medicine, injections, chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture. This may help relieve acute pain in the short-term, however passive treatment alone is ineffective. It can breed dependence on the provider to ‘fix’ the problem.

    Active Therapy

Movement and exercise are the best example of active therapy. Exercise not only empowers a person to self-manage their health issues, it gives them the tools to thrive. We emphasize exercise because it is the only way for long-term improvements in function, pain sensation, along with numerous other health benefits. It empowers clients to be independent, which breeds a resilient body and mindset.

We use passive care, when necessary, to help you become more self-sufficient as quickly as possible.

Both exercise and passive care have their place in healthcare. Often a combination of both approaches may be most effective for a given condition or injury. Ultimately, the best approach will depend on your individual needs and preferences.

I believe our community will be a better place if we all feel healthy and strong. Our current healthcare system delivers high-cost, low-value care. It prioritizes what is profitable, not what is most effective for long term health. I want to create an environment where you feel empowered to take charge of your own well-being. I want to make a plan together to help you reach your goals and provide the support you need along the way.
